The hotel needs some serious renovation and cleaning, with mold in the bathroom, rusty nails in the bedhead, and torn upholstery. The faulty AC added to the discomfort, and the lack of soundproofing was a big issue. The warm and welcoming service was overshadowed by poor communication within the staff. The location, though handy, felt unsafe at night and poorly lit. The average dining experience was overshadowed by sarcastic housekeeping and a lack of customer understanding. The facilities need improvement, and the value for money is questionable.

The hotel is centrally located, near the Kantaveera stadium where we watched the PBL semifinal's 2. The rooms are comfortable and good, but could benefit from a bit of refurbishing. The staff is very polite and helpful, responding quickly to requests. However, dining could have been a lot better with more variety of food options.
